CFK Back Alley WOD

Weather permitting we will be offering four spaces in the back alley for members to attend class. If registered for a back alley class, attendees will be allowed to enter the gym 10 minutes prior to the class time to gather any equipment they may need and to begin their set up outside. All equipment must be wiped down and returned to its proper place inside the gym. Please note that given some of the equipment limitations with back alley workouts, some movements substitutions will be provided to ensure class flow. Please discuss directly with the coach managing each specific class.
