Nutrition Challenge Individual Entry See All Times

This is our individual registration for our New Year 2022 Performance Nutrition Challenge. This is a 12 week challenge followed by three weeks of transition into your maintenance phase. Please note that the 5 a.m. class on Mondays is not an official class, but a place holder for the system to set up this course. We will not be meeting gat 5 a.m. on Mondays.

The course will kick off with our Buy-In Week on 17 January which will include our performance testing (workout, lifts, and conditioning benchmarks) as well body composition measurements. We will begin adhering to the meal templates on 24 January. The week following the 12th week following the templates we will repeat all of our performance tests and measurements. Members will then transition into maintenance where we will work with you for three weeks to set you up for success and then you will transition to maintenance on your own.
